Here are some of the warm-up exercises that are recommended before actual workout:

1. Toe touch 15 reps
2. Walking lunge 10 reps per leg
3. Side lunge 10 reps per side
4. Butt kick 25 reps per leg
5. High knee 25 reps per leg
6. Arm circle 20 reps per leg
7. Trunk twist 20 reps per side
8. Side bend 20 reps per side
